Terms & Conditions

Used Hot Tub Purchase

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases of used hot tubs from Jonny’s Hot Tub Sales (“Seller”). By placing a deposit, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to the following:

1. Deposit and Reservation

1.1 A 10% deposit of the used hot tub’s purchase price is required to place a hold.
1.2 Upon payment of the deposit, the Seller will reserve the specified hot tub exclusively for the Buyer for 48 hours.
1.3 During this 48-hour period, the hot tub will not be sold to any other party.

2. Completion of Purchase

2.1 The Buyer must complete full payment within 48 hours of placing the deposit.
2.2 If full payment is not received within this time frame, the Seller reserves the right to release the hold and return the hot tub to inventory.

3. Refunds and Service Fee

3.1 If the Buyer chooses not to proceed with the purchase within the 48-hour hold period, the deposit will be refunded.
3.2 However, a $75 service fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs.
3.3 Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of cancellation.

4. Condition of Used Hot Tubs

5.1 All used hot tubs are sold as-is, as outlined in the product ad.
5.2 The Seller provides a 1-year warranty.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the deposit, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
