DO YOU SELL HOT TUBS?
Sorry, we do not sell hot tubs. We just fix and service them. There are several retailers in town that sell hot tubs.
DO I NEED CHEMICALS FOR MY HOT TUB?
Yes, you do.
You should have a sanitizer; a sequestering agent to remove heavy metals, and products to adjust the pH and total alkalinity.
A part of hot tub water care is testing the water’s chemical levels. It’s important to check the water before hopping into the hot tub.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE SERVICE?
It will depend on how many other service requests are already in the queue. The techs at Jonny’s Hot Tub Service do work year-round but obviously, the summer season is the busiest.
The best thing to do is to fill out our Service Request Form to have your problem added to the list. We will be sure to contact you for more information (if required) and provide some details on when one of our technicians will get to your hot tub issue.

DO I NEED TO WINTERIZE MY HOT TUB?
If you have a hot tub that is made to be used during the winter months and you are going to use it regulalary then you don’t need to winterize it.
Proper winterization is important.
You can save a lot of money on energy costs and on hot tub repairs and maintenance in the future.
Cold temperatures can cause serious damage to your hot tub; especially to plumbing lines if your hot tub is not being regularly used. Winterizing your hot tub is protecting your investment.
HOW LONG DOES I TAKE TO FIX A HOT TUB?
That is difficult to answer. Without knowing the issue with your hot tub we cannot say.
When you fill out our Service Request Form, it is important to provide as many details as possible about your hot tub issue.
Depending on the issue, the brand of your hot tub or spa and if we have any parts in stock for the hot tub are all factors in the time required to repair. As well as how many clients we have already our service queue.
OUR WARRANTY
Our Warranty includes the following:
- One (1) year warranty on:
- power packs,
- pumps,
- heaters and
- controllers
- 90-day warranty against leaks from plumbing
- an extended 30-day warranty on plumbing repairs repaired under the original warranty
The Warranty Excludes:
- Stereos or light systems/sets
- Any other accessories that were included
- Jet inserts
- Mileage for warranty work outside of Regina, SK
